Volleyball Recap: Southwick Regional Find Success + How To Watch

The Southwick Regional Rams were able to grind out a solid win over the Pope Francis Prep Cardinals on Monday, taking the game 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Rams.

While Southwick Regional might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Pope Francis Prep scored at least 21 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-23, 21-25, 26-24, 25-21.

Kaileigh Savva paced Southwick Regional's offense, picking up six kills. Savva got some help from Sophia Viktorchuk and her 11 assists. Gabriela Victor controlled things from the service line, finishing with eight aces.

The victory got Southwick Regional back to even at 3-3. As for Pope Francis Prep, they dropped their record down to 2-3 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Southwick Regional will take on Lenox Memorial at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Pope Francis Prep, they will head out to challenge Springfield Renaissance at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
