Basketball Recap: William Blount Piles Up the Points Against Winter Park

William Blount won the last time they faced Winter Park and things went their way on Monday too. The William Blount Governors simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Winter Park Wildcats 53-22.

When it comes to explaining why Winter Park lost, don't look at Ariel Lynn Pham. Despite the final result, she posted seven points.

William Blount's win bumped their record up to 3-13. As for Winter Park, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. William Blount will venture away from home to square off against Heritage at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Heritage will roll in looking for their 11th straight victory, something William Blount surely won't give up without a fight. As for Winter Park, they will head out on the road to challenge Freedom at 7:30 p.m. on January 7th.
