Jordan is a perfect 7-0 against Paetow since January of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Jordan Warriors will take on the Paetow Panthers at 7:15 p.m. Jordan's last three matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Last Tuesday, Jordan narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Katy Taylor 2-1. That's two games straight that the Warriors have won by just one goal.

Meanwhile, Paetow was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against Katy Taylor, falling 6-0. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 225th, while the Mustangs are ranked 110th).

Jordan has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-3-1 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 35 goals over those ten contests. Paetow's loss dropped their record down to 9-9-2.

Jordan beat Paetow 2-0 in their previous matchup back in February. The rematch might be a little tougher for Jordan since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
