Basketball Recap: North Mahaska Piles Up the Points Against Colfax-Mingo

North Mahaska won the last time they faced Colfax-Mingo and things went their way on Tuesday too. The North Mahaska Warhawks blew past the Colfax-Mingo Tigerhawks 63-30. The Warhawks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 contests by 20 points or more this season.

North Mahaska's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 17-3. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 31 points. As for Colfax-Mingo, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last ten matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-15 record this season.

North Mahaska will look to defend their home court on February 11th against Oskaloosa at 6:00 p.m. As for Colfax-Mingo, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Pella Christian on February 15th.
