Softball Recap: Menominee Comes Up Short

Menominee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 10-0 to the Gladstone Braves, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Braves this season, with their most recent loss being a 10-0 defeat on Wednesday.

Menominee's loss dropped their record down to 3-16. As for Gladstone, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 23-2.

Menominee has already played their next game, a 13-5 victory against Marquette on the 22nd. As for Gladstone, they will face off against Norway at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
