Football Game Preview: Serra Cavaliers vs. Chaminade Eagles + How To Watch

The Serra Cavaliers will challenge the Chaminade Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Serra came into this matchup off a tough 30-point loss last Friday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of Loyola by a score of 13-10 on Thursday. The Cavaliers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Chaminade played a tough contest on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were dealt a 45-14 defeat at the hands of Sierra Canyon. The loss continues a trend for the Eagles in their meetings with the Trailblazers: they've now lost five in a row.

Chaminade didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Yashar Neal and Matthew Charles. Another thorn in Sierra Canyon's side was Hudson Manning, who picked up a sack, forced one fumble, and made five total tackles (3.0 for loss).

Chaminade now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Serra, they now also have a losing record of 3-4.
