Volleyball Game Preview: Estancia Eagles vs. Century Centurions

Estancia is on an eight-game streak of home losses dating back to last season, and Century a three-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Wednesday. The Estancia Eagles will look to defend their home court against the Century Centurions at 4:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Estancia came up short against Savanna on Monday, falling 3-0.

While Estancia was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Savanna's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-19, 25-23.

Meanwhile, Century didn't have quite enough to beat Santiago on Thursday and fell 3-2.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Century sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 0-25, 25-0, 0-25, 16-14.

Century's defeat dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Estancia, their loss dropped their record down to 0-11.
