Soccer Recap: New Hope Comes Up Short

New Hope lost against Hokes Bluff back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Indians lost 7-0 to the Eagles. While getting shut out isn't ideal, New Hope haven't been shut out since back in March.

New Hope moved to 9-12-1 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak. As for Hokes Bluff, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-7-1.

New Hope does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hokes Bluff, they will head out on the road to take on White Plains at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. White Plains will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Hokes Bluff surely won't give up without a fight.
