Patchogue-Medford's game on Friday was all tied up 7-7 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They lost 35-14 to the Lindenhurst Bulldogs. The loss continues a trend for the Raiders in their meetings with the Bulldogs: they've now lost four in a row.

Patchogue-Medford's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Lindenhurst, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Patchogue-Medford will challenge Central Islip at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Lindenhurst will be paying especially close attention to the Raiders' contest: after the Raiders face off against the Musketeers, they'll take on Lindenhurst again on Saturday.
