Salpointe Catholic won the last time they faced Walden Grove and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Lancers put the hurt on the Red Wolves with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lancers.

Salpointe Catholic walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-18, 25-17.

Kate Mobley paced Salpointe Catholic's offense, picking up seven kills. Mobley got some help from Brooklyn Burgle and her 19 assists.

Salpointe Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 26-8. As for Walden Grove, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 11 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-15 record this season.

Coincidentally, Salpointe Catholic and Walden Grove will both be playing Sahuaro the next time they take the court. The Lancers will head out to face the Cougars at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Red Wolves will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
