Basketball Recap: New Bloomfield Starts off Right with Win over Highland

New Bloomfield gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Saturday. They breezed past the Highland Cougars to the tune of 75-24. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 44-18.

Looking ahead, New Bloomfield will challenge Van-Far at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Highland, they will face off against Kirksville at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
