Baseball Game Preview: Manton Rangers vs. Coleman Comets

The Manton Rangers will head out on the road to take on the Coleman Comets at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

On Thursday, Manton came up short against Mancelona and fell 6-3.

Meanwhile, Coleman was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against Fulton, falling 13-1.

Coleman saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kyler Young, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base. That stolen base marked the first that Young has snagged this season.

Manton's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Coleman, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-8.
