Football Recap: Malden Comes Up Short

Malden was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a hard 45-26 fall against the Watertown Raiders.

Malden's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Watertown, they moved to 3-6 with that win, which also ended their five-game losing streak.

Malden and Watertown will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games. The next time the Golden Tornados see the field they'll take on Medford at 10:00 a.m. on the 27th. As for Watertown, their break will end when they face Belmont at 10:00 a.m. on the 27th.
