Football Recap: Centerville Bulldogs vs. Eastern Hancock Royals
With a playoff game on the line, Centerville rose to the challenge on Friday. They walked away with a 21-14 victory over the Eastern Hancock Royals. The win was familiar territory for the Bulldogs who have now won four contests in a row.
A big part of Centerville's victory came down to the chemistry between Jace Hollendonner and his top target Maddox Pritchett. Hollendonner threw for 210 yards and two touchdowns while Pritchett picked up 78 receiving yards and two touchdowns. An impressive showing, but Pritchett really ramped things up playing D: he made 15 total tackles (1.0 for loss) and defended a pass.

Centerville pushed their record up to 9-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Eastern Hancock, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-5.
