Soccer Game Preview: Irrigon vs. Four Rivers

Irrigon hasn't had much luck against Four Rivers recently, but that could start to change on Saturday. The Knights are taking a road trip to square off against the Falcons at 1:00 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Irrigon's offense. They came up short against Stanfield/Echo on Tuesday, falling 5-0.

Meanwhile, Four Rivers also failed to score in their most recent game. They lost 5-0 to Nyssa on Thursday.

Four Rivers' loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Irrigon, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-7-1.

Irrigon beat Four Rivers 5-3 when the teams last played back in September. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Knights since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
