Northshore waltzed into their match on Tuesday with ten straight wins... but they left with 11. They enjoyed a cozy 70-55 win over the Slidell Tigers. This was payback for the Panthers, who suffered a 52-47 loss the last time these two teams met.

Slidell lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Zavier Bolden, who went 6 of 8 on his way to 14 points and three steals. The dominant performance gave Bolden a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Kolby Rachel, who posted 11 points and five assists.

Northshore is on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 22-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.3 points per game. As for Slidell, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 18-10 record this season.

Northshore will take on Salmen at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Slidell, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 59-52 victory against Zachary on the 5th.
