Everything went their way against the Peters Township Indians on Wednesday as they made off with an 11-5 victory. The Colts not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since May 7, 2024.

Colton Koza made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing three innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. Koza was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-3.

In other batting news, Colton Prosperi was excellent, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-3. Nathan Colberg also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Chartiers Valley moved to 4-6 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Peters Township, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-4.
