Soccer Game Preview: Fairfax vs. Hamilton

The Fairfax Lions will head out on the road to face off against the Hamilton Yankees at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Fairfax's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

On Friday, neither Fairfax nor Los Angeles CES could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, Hamilton didn't have quite enough to beat Palisades on Thursday and fell 2-1. While losing is never fun, Hamilton can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 509th, while Palisades are ranked 92nd).

Fairfax's draw makes their record 7-6-6 this season. As for Hamilton, their loss dropped their record down to 10-9-1.
