Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Houston). Everything went their way against the Germantown Red Devils on Monday as they made off with a 23-1 win. Considering the Mustangs have won six matches by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Houston's victory bumped their record up to 9-10. As for Germantown, they now have a losing record of 8-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Houston will host Collierville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Dragons' pitching crew has only allowed 2.5 runs per game this season, so the Mustangs' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Germantown, they will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Cordova at 5:30 p.m.
