Soccer Recap: Vista Grande Takes a Loss

Vista Grande was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 4-0 to the Combs Coyotes. While losing is never fun, the Spartans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arizona soccer rankings (they are ranked 163rd, while the Coyotes are ranked 48th).

Vista Grande's defeat dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Combs, they pushed their record up to 13-3 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home.

Vista Grande didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 4-0 loss against Mountain View on the 4th. As for Combs, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Crismon on the 3rd.
