Volleyball Game Preview: Morgantown Mohigans vs. John Marshall Monarchs

Morgantown has gone a perfect 10-0 against John Marshall recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Mohigans will host the Monarchs at 5:00 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Morgantown comes in on six and John Marshall on three.

Morgantown is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of West Virginia's top teams: John Marshall, who was ranked tenth at the time (Morgantown was ranked second). The Mohigans walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Monarchs last Saturday.

Audrey Tompkins was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had ten digs and six assists. Those six assists gave her a new career-high. Derika Nestor also deserves some recognition as she had her first block of the season.
