Basketball Preview: Englewood Pirates vs. Pueblo East Eagles
The Englewood Pirates will be taking part in a tournament against the Pueblo East Eagles at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Englewood will be strutting in after a victory while Pueblo East will be coming in after a loss.

Englewood's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jonah Singer, who posted 19 points along with eight boards and six steals. The contest was Singer's third in a row with at least 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Elijah Ray, who went 5-for-10 on his way to 14 points in addition to eight rebounds and three steals.
Englewood was working as a unit and finished the game with 19 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Littleton only posted eight.
