Basketball Game Preview: Eastwood Eagles vs. Lake Flyers

Eastwood and Lake are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2020, but not for long. The Eastwood Eagles will welcome the Lake Flyers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Eastwood will be strutting in after a win while Lake will be coming in after a loss.

Having struggled with five defeats in a row, Eastwood turned things around against Rossford on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 46-28 victory over the Bulldogs.

Meanwhile, Lake scored the most points they've had this season on Tuesday, but it wasn't enough. They lost to Delta at home by a 59-44 margin. The Flyers just can't catch a break and have now endured five losses in a row.

Lake's defeat dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Eastwood, their win ended a ten-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-8.
