Kate Duncan Smith DAR posted their closest win since August 21st on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the Whitesburg Christian Academy Warriors. For the Patriots, this counts as revenge for the 2-1 win the Warriors walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Kate Duncan Smith DAR took Whitesburg Christian Academy into a fifth set where they got it done with a ten-point win. The final score came out to 27-29, 25-21, 22-25, 25-16, 15-5.

Emma Guffey paced Kate Duncan Smith DAR's offense, picking up 33 kills. Guffey got some help from Gillian Head and her 53 assists. Kate Morrison controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.
