Soccer Recap: Weber Falls Short Against Ranked Ogden

Weber faced Ogden in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Warriors fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 2-1. Weber just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Their goal came courtesy of Sadie Fletcher, who's now up to seven this season.

Weber's loss dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Ogden, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-2.

Weber and Ogden will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Warriors will take on rival Layton at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Ogden is set to square off against their familiar foe Morgan at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
