Volleyball Recap: Latin Comes Up Short

Latin lost against Resurrection back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Romans fell just short of the Bandits by a score of 2-1. The Romans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Latin started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. The final score came out to 23-25, 25-16, 25-16.

Latin's defeat dropped their record down to 15-9. As for Resurrection, they now have a winning record of 8-7.

Latin has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Francis W. Parker on the 20th. As for Resurrection, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Regina Dominican on the 22nd.
