Basketball Recap: Carlisle Comes Up Short

Carlisle was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were dealt a 52-23 defeat at the hands of the Valley View Spartans. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 38-28 back in January.

Carlisle's loss dropped their record down to 7-14. As for Valley View, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 15-7.

Carlisle will welcome Dayton Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Valley View, they will take on Milton-Union at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
