Soccer Recap: Lincoln County Takes a Loss

Lincoln County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Warren County Pioneers & Lady Pioneers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Warren County this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 two weeks ago.

Lincoln County's loss dropped their record down to 2-7-1. As for Warren County, their win bumped their record up to 5-3-1.

Looking ahead, Lincoln County will venture away from home to face off against Spring Hill at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Lincoln County are facing Spring Hill at the right time seeing as Spring Hill are stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Warren County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Columbia Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
