Medfield is  a perfect 10-0 against Ashland since May of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Warriors will look to defend their home field  against the Clockers  at 4:30  p.m. Medfield is coming into the  game on  a  three-game losing streak.
Medfield came into this matchup off a tough 13-run  loss on Thursday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of Bellingham by a score of  5-3 on Monday.
 Medfield saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Sophie Baker, who  scored two  runs while  getting on base  in three of her four plate appearances.  Tess Baacke was another,  going 2-for-4 with one  stolen base and one  RBI.
Meanwhile, Ashland lost  12-1 to Dedham on Monday. The Clockers have struggled against the Marauders recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meeting.
  Caroline Caira made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and  went 3-for-4 with one  triple. That  triple was  her first of the season.
 Ashland's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Medfield, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6.
