Basketball Recap: Boardman Comes Up Short

Boardman was the 76-44 winner over Cardinal Mooney when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Spartans fell 56-50 to the Cardinals on Friday.

Boardman's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Cardinal Mooney, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Boardman will take on Poland Seminary at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cardinal Mooney, they will square off against McKinley at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
