Volleyball Recap: Timpanogos Falls to Payson in First Game of Season

Timpanogos unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They lost 3-0 to the Payson Lions on Thursday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-21, 25-4.

Megan Seaman paced Timpanogos' offense, picking up seven kills. Seaman got some help from Brecken Jorgenson and her 15 assists.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Timpanogos is headed away from home for the first time to challenge Ogden at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Payson, they will face off against Hillcrest at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
