After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Strom Thurmond, American Leadership Academy was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They never let the Batesburg-Leesville Panthers get on the board and left with a 2-0 win. That two goal margin sets a new team best for American Leadership Academy this season.

Kayleigh Purdy was the driving force of American Leadership Academy's attack as she scored both of American Leadership Academy's goals, bringing her season total up to eight goals.

American Leadership Academy now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Batesburg-Leesville, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-8-1 record this season.
