GRACE Christian and Coastal Christian are an even 3-3 against one another since May of 2017, but likely not for long. The Eagles will welcome the Centurions at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. GRACE Christian comes in still looking for their first win of the season.

GRACE Christian is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They fell just short of St. David's by a score of 6-5 on Thursday.

Thomas Bradley was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-4. He also brought in an RBI, marking his first of the season. Landon Shiley was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances.

Meanwhile, Coastal Christian got the win against Epiphany on Thursday by a conclusive 11-1. The Centurions haven't had any issues with the Falcons recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Hudson Weare made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out seven over 4.2 innings pitched. Those seven strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also big at the plate, going 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

In other batting news, Coastal Christian got a big performance out of Carver Cole, who scored two runs and stole three bases. Those three stolen bases gave Cole a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Callan Barnette, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-1.

GRACE Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Coastal Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 2-10.
