Volleyball Recap: Mollie Nuckolls Leads a Balanced Effort to Beat Fayette Ware

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against McNairy Central, Bolivar Central was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They blew past the Fayette Ware Wildcats 3-0. The win continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Wildcats: they've now won six in a row.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Bolivar Central took every set by at least 15 points. The final score came out to 25-7, 25-9, 25-10.

Bolivar Central got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Mollie Nuckolls out in front who had six aces. Those six aces gave Nuckolls a new career-high.

The win got Bolivar Central back to even at 2-2. As for Fayette Ware, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-2.
