Softball Recap: Warren Takes a Loss

After flying high against Erie last Thursday, Warren came back down to earth. The Dragons came up short against the Meadville Bulldogs on Wednesday, falling 12-1. The Dragons were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Bulldogs earlier this season, when they won 10-5.

Warren's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4-1. As for Meadville, their victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-8.

Coming up, Warren will welcome General McLane at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Meadville, they will square off against McDowell at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Trojans will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something the Bulldogs surely won't give up without a fight.
