Volleyball Recap: Maxpreps D Falls to Maxpreps in First Game of Season

MaxPreps D had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the MaxPreps Preppies on Wednesday. The Diamondbacks were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Preppies apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2023.

Alisa Dancer had a dynamite game For MaxPreps., getting 13 kills, 11 digs, and five aces. Haley Hughes was another key player, getting 23 assists and five digs.

MaxPreps pushed their record up to 4-0 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

MaxPreps D does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for MaxPreps, they have already played their next match, a 3-0 win against MaxPreps B on the 30th.
