Softball Recap: American Heritage Comes Up Short

American Heritage was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 20-5 to the Aubrey Rogers Patriots.

American Heritage saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Julianne Thompson, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs and one stolen base. Victoria Kovic was another, going 2-for-3 with two RBI.

American Heritage's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Aubrey Rogers, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-13.

Looking ahead, American Heritage will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Royal Palm Beach at 6:30 p.m. The Stallions will need to watch out since the Wildcats have now posted at least ten runs in their last six games. As for Aubrey Rogers, they will venture away from home to face off against Estero at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
