French Camp Academy made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Noxapater, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The French Camp Academy Panthers blew past the Noxapater Tigers 17-8 on Friday. The Panthers' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

French Camp Academy pushed their record up to 4-5 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.7 runs over those games. As for Noxapater, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

French Camp Academy will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against West Point at 6:30 p.m. on March 18th. As for Noxapater, they will head out to challenge Columbus at 2:00 p.m. on Friday.
