McLean County is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They blew past Dawson Springs 21-6 on Tuesday. The victory continues a trend for the Cougars in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won eight in a row.

For Dawson Springs' part, Kalyn Cotton was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI, one run, and one double. That double was Cotton's first of the season.
