Basketball Recap: Sequoyah Takes a Loss

If Sequoyah was riding high fresh off their 57-22 takedown of Quinton last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Sequoyah Indians came up short against the Okay Mustangs on Thursday, falling 63-43.

Sequoyah's loss dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Okay, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season.

Sequoyah has already played their next match, a 67-51 win against Nathan Hale on the 24th. As for Okay, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 38-36 victory against Victory Christian on the 24th.
