Volleyball Recap: Damien Monarchs vs. Hanalani Royals

Damien waltzed into their contest on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the Hanalani Royals as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.
The win got Damien back to even at 9-9. As for Hanalani, they are on a 13-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-12.
We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Damien will face off against rival Sacred Hearts Academy at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Hanalani is set to square off against their familiar foe Le Jardin at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
