Last Tuesday, Chapelgate Christian Academy came up short against Pallotti and fell 64-51.
The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Julian Sabbat, who scored 16 points along with six rebounds and three blocks. The match was his sixth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Justin Bishop, who scored 14 points along with six rebounds.
Meanwhile, Living Grace Christian gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Monday. They came out on top against Arlington Baptist by a score of 71-63. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Chapelgate Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Living Grace Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
