There's no place like home for Cedar Ridge, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Round Rock Westwood Warriors on Friday. This was a revenge game for the Raiders: when they faced off against the Warriors back in September, they had to take a 3-0 loss.

The match was exciting from start to finish, as three sets needed extra rallies to gain a two-point lead. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 28-26, 24-26, 25-19, 26-24.

Despite the defeat, Round Rock Westwood had strong showings from Claire Toupin, who had 16 digs and two aces, and Dakota Hodge, who had nine digs and five assists.

Cedar Ridge's win bumped their record up to 20-17. As for Round Rock Westwood, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-28.
