Volleyball Recap: Albert Gallatin Has No Trouble Against Carmichaels

Albert Gallatin barely beat Carmichaels the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Colonials blew past the Mighty Mikes 3-0 on Monday. That's more bragging rights for the Colonials, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Albert Gallatin walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the third set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-19, 25-15.

The win got Albert Gallatin back to even at 1-1. As for Carmichaels, their loss dropped their record down to 2-10.

Albert Gallatin will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Belle Vernon at 6:00 p.m. on October 14. As for Carmichaels, they have already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Avella on the 16th.
