Volleyball Recap: Colton Wildcats vs. Dayton Bulldogs
Colton had to start their season on the road on Tuesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They fell just short of the Dayton Bulldogs by a score of 3-2. The Wildcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bulldogs apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2023.
Colton took Dayton into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking nine-point loss. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 22-25, 25-20, 12-25, 25-20, 15-6.
Colton will look to take advantage of their home-court for the first time this season as they take on Oakesdale at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Dayton, they will face off against Rosalia at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
