Basketball Recap: Westtown Piles Up the Points Against Atlantic Christian

Westtown put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They breezed by the Atlantic Christian Cougars to the tune of 65-33.

When it comes to explaining why Atlantic Christian lost, don't look at Noah Stokes. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds. Stokes is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down eight or more in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Judah Dawkins, who posted seven points and eight rebounds.

Westtown's victory was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-0. As for Atlantic Christian, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 3-2.

Westtown wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 73-43 win against Abington Friends on the 10th. As for Atlantic Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, an 87-35 defeat against Friends' Central on the 7th.
