Soccer Preview: St. Albans vs. Riverside        
        
		
             On Tuesday St. Albans will have to hit the road after four straight games at home. They will face off against the Riverside Warriors at 7:00  p.m.
 St. Albans' offense might be in the hot seat  on Tuesday considering what happened against Princeton  on Saturday. They lost  5-0 to the Tigers. While losing is never fun, the Red Dragons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage  in MaxPreps' West Virginia soccer rankings  (they are ranked 47th, while the Tigers are ranked seventh).
 Meanwhile, Riverside kept a clean sheet against Scott  on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Skyhawks with a sharp  3-0 victory. The score was all tied up  0-0 at the break, but the Warriors were the  better team in the second half.
 St. Albans' defeat was  their third straight at home, which  dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Riverside, their  win (their first of the  season) made their record 1-2.
 Everything went St. Albans' way against Riverside in their previous matchup  back in October of 2023 as St. Albans made off with  a  4-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for St. Albans since the  team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
