Baseball Recap: Dr. Joaquin Garcia Has No Trouble Against Leonard

Dr. Joaquin Garcia won the last time they faced Leonard and things went their way on Thursday too. The Bulldogs were the clear victors by a 10-3 margin over the Lancers. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bulldogs.

JP Mcdonough looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He is becoming a predictor of Dr. Joaquin Garcia's success: when he allows at most one hit the team is undefeated (and 8-10 when he doesn't).

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Blake Bagwell, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 3-for-3. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in doubles (two). Another player making a difference was Rocco Castrillon, who scored three runs while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.
