Baseball Recap: Essex Takes a Loss

Essex was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 28th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 15-0 to East Mills. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against East Mills this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-0 back in June.

Essex's defeat dropped their record down to 0-12. As for East Mills, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-12-1.

Essex has already played their next matchup, a 23-1 loss against Lenox on the 5th. As for East Mills, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 5-4 victory against Fremont-Mills on the 5th.
