Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Franklin). Everything went their way against the Stoughton Black Knights on Monday as they made off with an 11-1 win. The Panthers have beaten the Black Knights the last nine times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Black Knights has come to flipping the script.

Franklin's victory bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Stoughton, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Franklin will challenge Milford at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Scarlet Hawks have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 6.6 runs per game on average), something the Panthers will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Stoughton, they will be playing at home against Canton at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
